I recently got a pair of blue head rests for my prairie tan leather seats. I went to summit and got a can of SEM Classic coat 17063 dye/paint for vinyl and leather as the head rests are vinyl . After cleaning the parts 3 times and wiping them with thinner I put 5 light coats on and got a near perfect match.
