I need to replace inner tie rods. The parts store lists one for 14 inch wheels and one for 15 inch. I have a csvt with factory 16 inch. Will the one listed for 15 inch work?

Why do you need to replace the inner tie rods? Are you sure you don't mean outer tie rods, as they are much more common to replace?

I'm curious too. Did you get an answer? The service manual talks about a travel stop on the SVT's so the tire won't rub at maximum lock.
The manual makes it sound like the stop is a seperate piece-not part of the inner tie rod.

The travel stop is a cylindrical plastic spacer that fits over the rack gear just inside the steering rack; it is not part of the inner tie rod end.

I also have an SVT and am faced with the choice of the 14" or 15" but no option for the 16" or a separate listing for the SVT. The alignment shop told me that the threads are too badly damaged from rust to use anymore for adjustment. They are pretty bad, but I didn't think they were not useable, said there wasn't enough metal to chase the threads. So are the 15" inner tie rod ends ones the correct ones?
