injectors/fuel regulator

right got my fuel rail off what injectors do i need the ones i have are
#0280 155 771 BEIGE colour will the F150 lighting(42lb) ones fit and what part number are they please as i'm ordering from the uk
(i want to get 300 rwhp)

fuel regulator, will i need to uprate mine as i will do it now while the inlet plenum is off #VF 73E-9C968-AA
i'm assuming my engine is a fuel return judging by the 2 lines by the fuel reg, hope somebody can help as in the UK nobody turbo's these engines,
your my only reliable souce

well on the fpr, I don't think anyone changes those out. the stock ones work fine in a fi setup

The stock fuel pressure regulator should be fine. I don't think I've heard of anyone replacing them. A larger pump will supply the fuel needed.

so where do i order my 42lb injectors hi impedance ??? (aftermarket ecu needs high imp)
my car is making close to 200bhp without the turbo and ECU so at 7-10 psi
it should be getting close my car is a FORD FIESTA mk4 its a compact and the engine is rear mounted should be fun should be less than a 1000kg's(2000lb)if not lighter

right i've gone for it i've ordered 42# GREEN GIANTS that will do me fine got them from FIVEO motorsport ,they are over the atlantic as i speak,
$394 all in, in the UK they want $800 for 4, i got 6 for $394 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crazy:

You can get 300 hp out of anything with enough work.

300 whp is nothing, anyways.
