How to remove the rear seat

I'm trying to remove the rear seat bottom. Found what appears to be two hold downs at the front edge of the seat right where it bends. What trick releases them? Spent about 10 minutes figuring out the small seat belt that goes over the sear

I just pull up really hard. Just just snap into the plastic hold downs. Then pull up and out.

My manual indicates just pulling up on the front of it. Those are just the retaining clips.

Yeah, there is no trick. Just pull hard. Be careful about it or you will crack the foam seat.
