How to Jump window DS window motor with a battery?

Trying to get a window installed and need to line up the track in order to get the hardware to hold the window in. I followed the wiring (1 white and 1 yellow wire) to the motor back to the driver side master window switch. I get no power when I put power/negative or vice versa.

Anyone know how to do this? :Hint Hint: Finally getting my CSVT together......

No magic there, two wires to motor itself, switch power/ground on both to get up and down.
