I'm going to a concert there in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone has any good ideas of where to park. Also is there a dress code there?

Typically no dress code and parking is a B*&ch!!!! You are in the heart of DT Chicago and you will be VERY lucky to find anything for less than 20-25$$. It is nice to get down early for concert parking sake, but that usually puts you in terrible traffic 4-7pm is pretty bad.
Just give yourself enough time and be willing to fork out the dough and you should be able to find something within a few mins walk. Also, many garages will want to park it for you, so they can maximize their parking space and profits, so be prepared for a stranger to drive whatever you bring down there.

Your going to love the House of Blues its a nice small venue that lets you really enjoy the artist. Dress code would be what ever you want usually what type of music is playing sets the dress code. For example if its rap you'll see alot of people dressed urban-like and if its punk you will see people dressed punk-like. As of the parking get ready to pay, sometimes its just better to pay to park than driving around to find a spot. Have fun your going to have a blast!
