Hi all,
I finally did some cleaning in the house, I found a bunch of headlight pieces and also found my 1st prototype of projectors i made. So, i took some pics...

I modeled them after the A4 headlight.. Reflector high beam with projector lows on the light assembly. This allows for the use of factory adjustments knobs and most importantly use of the factory weather seals in the back.

I kept the H9 bases until i knew things worked.. then i got another set of bases to do the HID conversion. I basically followed the faq's on this site
http://faqlight.carpassion.info/ (this place helped me out immensely through out the project)

These are a few pics with final HID projector project done.

I've had these on the car for over 4 years. (Think since when the 'forum achieves' where actually the forums!) Still no leaks or anything... I just had them polished a few times to keep the plastic clear. This to me about a year, from the time i was planning to the time it was done. I'm skipping A LOT of steps i took. If ppl questions, I'll try to answer them.

not bad. Need a better projector but not bad work. Those Hella's don't have the intensity or the spread like a lot of OEM projectors out there.
