Hey gang, I've been a little busy lately. But don't think I've forgotten my CEG family. Life is good in the Vegas. The Speed 6 is all stock and faster than it oughtta be. Wife and I are doing great. I've been tearing up the house fixing things and improving things. Modding a house isn't anything like modding a car lol.

With a heavy heart, Karen and I have decided to put the MS6 up for sale or trade. We're wanting something bigger and automatic: more family oriented. Although we don't have any buns in the oven, that will happen in the next year or two. So we want to be ready for that when it happens. We are going to keep Karen's 97 Toyota Camry 2.2 ATX because it has over 150k miles on it, we owe $400 left, and I am going to keep it running as long as physically possible just for the fun of it.

Hector's Bridgestone's are holding up very nicely. They are infinitely better than the Pirelli's I traded. Sorry Hector, but you got the shaft in the deal. I had no idea how bad the Pirelli's were until I found out how good the Bridgestone's are.

I've got the car listed several places. You can see it without registering or anything here.

But! Disregardless of what is in our driveway next fall, we are looking forward to seeing everyone again. Karen's dad has a 87 Toyota Carolla SR5 RWD 4-speed MT 1.6 coupe in his driveway that hasn't moved in 6 years. I think I have 8 months to get it sorted out. ;)

She can't drive a manual...plus we only owe like $8k on her CX7.

As far as the wheel trade tires really didn't matter. I needed non-summer tires before winter. Picked up a set of Continental Extreme Contacts about a month ago and they handle snow like a champ.

That's cool. I don't know about getting a CX7 anyways. I'm worried about long term reliability and maintenance parts. I know the crazy brakes on my MS6 are outrageous, I'm only assuming the CX7 is worse with 2-piston front calipers and larger vented rear discs. Still, that's not completely ruled out. ;)

I know why you are really selling it, cause no matter what you know I will spank your butt in my silver car:cool: But seriously gl with the sale man.

I knew that was coming. I know you were using your kids as an excuse to not get your ass tore up a few weeks ago.

I told you I am not into that sort of thing, kids or not dude:nonono:

:laugh:I cant say anything though I am selling Vader for a better dd:laugh::laugh:

Have fun with the corolla. When I was car shopping back when i got my escort and later the rx7, I would have gotten a corolla like that if i could have found one. Would love to do a few things to one and autocross it.

CX7 is great! We have the FWD model, but pretty much ZERO issues. It has over 30k, on stock tires w/ plenty of tread, with nothing done other than oil changes.

Definitely go test drive one. Family size with sports handling, brakes, and power. Can't go wrong.

Did everyone miss the announcement of armageddon!!!!! :)

Good luck with everything Eric. I was talking to someone about you & your buddy Lacy a few days ago. Tell him to come out & play with us sometime!
