You're missing OBX, Weapon R, and Racebits. Weapon R is only available used, but the others can be ordered new.

Nah... I'd still say there is only one header manufacturer.
Weapon R copied MSDS and where shut down. OBX is a copy of Weapon R from what I have heard. So they might end up going the same way.
Yes Racebits are available if someone wants to ship then in from across the pond. Not sure on the quality myself.

I got a 2-bolt Y-pipe on the way from Racebits.

Te headers from the Racebits guys have ridiculously short primaries. It almost seems pointless, since you want the primaries to be as long as possible to keep the velocity up.
