Help designing sound system

I bought a gallon of resin and I used about 3/4 of it on the amp rack, sub box and a pair of eye lids. I have 3 layers of 1.5 oz fiberglass on the box.
 
Looks good! How do you figure out the volume of your enclosure when building a corner sub like that? Water? Go oversized and just fill it with material?
 
Its ok to go a little over/under with the airspace. When you go bigger you'll loose a little bit of spl (loudness) but gain low end extension (good for sq) and going smaller will get you more spl and less low end.
 
LOL, that is soooo simple. I was thinking about it, and when I was going to do this, I had my Calculus students use a regression equation to model the outline of the shape, then use Integrals to determine the approxomate area. I used graph paper to plot the points on a grid, and gave them the coordinates.

They'd be pretty mad if they ever saw this thread, lol.
