I bought a gallon of resin and I used about 3/4 of it on the amp rack, sub box and a pair of eye lids. I have 3 layers of 1.5 oz fiberglass on the box.
I like the packing peanuts methodLooks good! How do you figure out the volume of your enclosure when building a corner sub like that? Water? Go oversized and just fill it with material?

LOL, that is soooo simple. I was thinking about it, and when I was going to do this, I had my Calculus students use a regression equation to model the outline of the shape, then use Integrals to determine the approxomate area. I used graph paper to plot the points on a grid, and gave them the coordinates.
They'd be pretty mad if they ever saw this thread, lol.
Well, it DID answer the question, " When are we ever gonna use this??", LOL.
