Header and pcm question

I plan on doing this swap next month.. I've read alot and learned alot from this Site and others except for 2 things.

1. I'm doing the full 3.0 .. And my contour is an svt... Do I have to do any programming to the pcm or will my pcm work?

2. I read that headers should be put on prior to dropping the engine in... Problem is icant find one product on any site.. I've looked hard. Anybody have a link to some?

PCM will work, but you will need to get a tune for it to run right. You need to use the harness from the car.

Full 3L will have check engine lights and run poorly without a tune. Depends on which emissions components your retain/delete.

A port-matched 3L, using the stock injectors, will run smoothly without a tune. Tune is still recommended.
