has this happened to anyone else

So today i was cleaning my intake manifold with some sea foam and when it started smoking I noticed some coming from under my engine. So I got under my car to see what it was and saw this.

you can also see in the bottom of the last picture how bad it has rusted on the y pipe and the coating is almost gone.

These are MSDS headers and have been on the car for 3 maybe 4 years. anyone know what could have caused this or what i can do.

Welds can cause microscopic cracks but Im guessing over time the heat, corrosion, and moisture got the best of it. Maybe someone can weld it up for you.

i had to have two welds re-welded where a bracket was supporting the true duals, so yeah, it happens! have it re-welded and dont worry about it!

cool thanks. I was freaking out at first before i got under the car because smoke was pouring out around the oil pan. Now I am relieved.
