Fuel Pump Lock Ring

Hello Every one!

I have a 1999 Contour and my Uncle replaced the fuel pump in it. However it now leaks when the tank is full which tells me the Lock Ring is not on all the way, or the ring is bad. The problem I am running in to is I can't find a replacement Lock ring / O-Ring for the 1999 model. I know the 99 and 00 came with a larger tank and larger pump and I can't use the 98 and below lock ring. So long story short, do you guys know where I can buy the lock ring and O-Ring for the 1999 pump? I want to replace the Lock Ring because its rusted really bad, and that may be the cause for it not seating correctly.

I can't find it on Napa, Advanced Auto, or Rock Auto.com

Any help you guys can provide would be awesome, oh and I did some searching on the forum for at lest and hour and couldn't find anything that helped much.

locking rings are the same size all years...except for maybe 2000 that uses a different pump. The hole that the pump comes out of on the body changed in 98.

Really? I thought it changed in 1999 because of the bigger fuel tank they put in and made it a return less pump. I'll buy the one from E-Bay then and see if it fits.
