There is a guy on The Toronto Mustang board who will rent you his Eastwood Fender Roller for $50 and you can do it yourself. It's pretty easy, I've done it on a couple Mustangs before. If you want I can get you his number. Basically you give him $350 deposit and when you return it you get $300 back.

If you're only going to be doing this once I wouldn't waste your money buying it. Just rent it for $50
