engine wont start

99 CSVT with a 2000 csvt motor heres a vid has 1/2 tank of gas .the car starts up normal ,all lights come on ..no cels..no smells no noise it just cranks over but no start heres a video,sorry cell phone vid ..and just changed spark plug and wires and starter ..before i put in the starter it had problems startin or cranking due to the faulty starter but it did start so i replaced the starter and now it cranks but no start ...please help..any other info you guys need just ask ill let you know and try anything you guys think it is thanks (note:in the video theres like a high pitch noise but thats not there in person..think its the phone)

update:i just sprayed quick start in to the motor and it started but died right after
amd checked all fuses there all ok
 
all right guys ... one more here with absolutely the same problem .. cranks but no start at all !!!
fuel pump works i can hear it !
how could fuel pressure be tested?
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP !!! THe car has been sitting outside for more than 2 months now so i really need it fixed !!! PLEASE , HELP !!!

poke the schrader valve on your fuel line. it looks like a valve stem on your tire. located right underneath the throttle body
 
i do have fuel there....it comes out very strong!!!
i am thinking that the fuel injectors dont get the signal from the ecu...
is this possible???
 
The vehicle needs fuel, spark and compression in order to start. You have verified you have fuel next I would verify spark.
