this is what im thinking for the EOSB.

Waterford hills track day.
when: sept 12 its a friday. no weekend dates available.
cost: $150 per driver need 25 drivers or $15 per person to eat/watch

this will be a collaboration with other groups as CEG prob cant come up with 25 people
payments are non-refundable.

If u registered for the track at SZ but didn't run i might be able to provide a discount.

who's in?
 
It is a deal but we won't get the turn out without a fair bit of outside participation.

Perhaps set up a one week window for people to fork over the cash. If at the end of the week we don't have enough, then pull the plug and refund. Otherwise those who commit get screwed.
