Electrical quirk

so a while back my driver's side window stop working. Though the motor went because it was starting to get really sluggish. Additionally, my remote starter/alarm was acting up and going off by itself and the starter would not respond.

So fast forward to today. Girlfriend gets in to drive the car up to Canadian Tire cause I bought a bookshelf. I get in to drive away and went to open the rear window cause she wanted a smoke. Well I hit the front window button instead and what do you know! The damned thing works! After 4-5 months of the thing not working, it works! Also, my starter is responding now as well. Not sure if the alarm is still going wacky, but I can handle that.

I'm just curious to know what can be going on to cause that.

Wiring harness issues or PW switch contacts (connectors) are rusty.

ROTFL. I think he wanted to know why you were at Canadian Tire buying a bookshelf when CT sells tires. He didn't know that CT is close to a WalMart of sorts.
