Does anyone know the outer diameter of the TB? Is it 2.75"? I need a new elbow from the intake pipe to the TB as it's cracking. I'd take mine off and check, but I'm afraid of damaging the elbow.

No it's a Zetec. Hence the forum.

Since he posted in the Zetec section, it wouldn't be an SVT throttle body. To answer your question Zorrex, when I installed my air intake system, I used a 2.50" - 3" coupler to join the throttle body and the air intake. Since my air intake is 3 inches in diameter, my guess would be that the throttle body is 2.5 inches in diameter. I hope this helps.
If it's an SVT TB I could go check.

2.5" can be stretched to fit, but 2.75" would slip on nicely.

Thanks. I figured this was the case, as the current elbow on there I'm pretty sure is a 2.5" at the TB, and it stretched probably a bit too far, and I'm guessing that's why it has started to crack, coupled with the extreme temperature changes. Stupid cheap e-bay intakes :laugh:
