Does anybody recommend using Lucas Oil Additive?

I've used Lucas oil additive in pretty much every car I've owned. I've never had any problems at all. In addition, it gives me peace of mind. I was wondering if anybody else uses this and if not, what are your reasons? I don't think it is a "magic in a bottle" type additive like a lot of the stuff on the market.

i dont think lucas would make a product that would harm your car. so i dont see why you shouldnt use it :shrug:

I like lucas products. I've never bought the oil additive, but that's because I never think of it when doing my oil changes. I only think of it when I'm at the parts counter playing with the lucas display thing with the gears lol. I've used other lucas products though with good results.

Way too thick to ever go in one of my engines ever again. IMO it has no place in a modern engine that actually needs thin oil because of how well its put together.
