contour key blanks?

I am trying to find the chipped key blank for my 98 contour. My current blanks have a "V" stamped on the neck (I believe ford literature refers to it as a "type 23"), and all the ones I see online are all "S". I cannot find "V" blanks for the life of me. Any info?

do you have an Ace hardware or other hardware store that cuts keys near you? Chances are they have the correct keys blanks and will program them for you as well. The Ace near me does this.

For what it is worth my Real Ford key has the V stamped on it. However i have 2 aftermarket keys, one will start the car and one will just unlock it. but both have no letter stamped on them.
