How do you get the piston to go in on the back brakes? Im trying to change my rotors and pads and having hell of a time. Front ook just 3-5 min to do each.. Back seems to be way diff. Got mounting bolts out but cant get piston to go in so i can get it off the rotor.

A reasonable substitute for the special tool is a pair of long nose pliers. The piston needs to be screwed in.

you can pick up a tool for this at your auto parts store like napa for like 10 bucks. it is a cube. so each side is for a different kinda of piston. you attach it onto your ratchet. should make quick and painless work. plus you will have it for life.

:shrug: I used Needle Nosed Pliers and turned it until it went in... :shrug:
