Hello, everyone. I've started a group here on CEG for people in Wisconsin. I'd like to see everyone here from our wonderful state join so that we, or I, can organize meets and cruises and just to get to know you all more. I look forward to seeing you all there! Yeah man I'll join your group. I don't think I've ever met anyone in the WI group considering I live a lot closer to some of the MN members on here. My schedule is a little tight considering I have two small children, but I would like to make it out some time.
 
Right on. I'd like to put something together in La Crosse sometime this year and somewhere else closer to where I live which is near Sheboygan.

LaCrosse would be cool, I haven't been there for a long time. It's actually a really nice drive from where I live so I would for sure try to make it there.
 
There's two possible events that I've seen so far that the La Crosse date could be scheduled around. I live 3+ hours from La Crosse so I'd want something to do besides visit the the girlfriend if nobody showed up. So, here's the two I've come across so far..

I'm totally in. Live 3 miles from La Crosse on the Minnesota side. I'm taking my son to the Monster Truck show (he's 5) so I'd prefer to center the event around the Custom Auto show. There is a AWESOME twisty scenic road up on the bluffs running parallel with the Mississippi river for cruising in the area.
 
Excellent. I think the car show is the better alternative and it gives a safer environment for the cars than a public parking lot. I'll look into the details for the show and post what I can find out. I'd be able to provide food and beverages at the show. I wouldn't want to grill anything since that would be rude to do that near other peoples show cars but I'm sure they have burgers and brats and such available.

@ Icefury: If you know of a good cruising route I'd definitely be up for it.
 
To be clear, are we entering into the show or simply meeting there? I think it would be fun to enter, they welcome club participation and would group us together. I think Blu_Fuz stands a descent chance at some trophies/prizes :p
 
I think it would be a good idea to enter to get everyone together in one area. It's only a few more dollars to enter than it is to spectate. I would want the majority to rule, so what do you guys think? And I do agree that Joe would have a good chance. I'd be a bit embarrassed entering, but it would be like bringing an ugly friend to the bar to make yourself look better in comparison :laugh: I'd be the ugly friend.. :)

It's 12 days until the car show. We need to sort out what were doing so we have time to prepare. Blu_fuz, RFcsvt, FrOsty, and anyone else planning on attending please weigh in now.
