cd4e pan gasket which one?

I see two gaskets, one, cork, listed under "oil pan gasket" on rockauto, $5, and another one, under "case gasket", listing says "cover" 14 bolt like the other, and it seems to be made of rubber or some other material, and is around $15. which one should I buy?
