I cant stand the NY/PA border area..... if im not dragging my front/rear bumper Im clipping giant potholes. Just bent my wheel and broke the side belt of the new tire... Im currently looking at houses in the shelbyville area of Tennesse. sorry for the rant but it helps with the anger:mad:

A lot of people say "No one likes a whiner" but I honestly think :censored::censored::censored::censored::censored:ing about something makes ANYONE feel better.

yeah..the roads out in ny are HORRIBLE. i spend the weekend in mass and compared to ours...they were great.

That sucks. :(
Maybe the town will help you pay for replacements? One could hope.

yeah my dad is now in tenn. retired there but he was one of the heads of NY state DOT he told to contact the local dot shop and see if they have funds for it but if they dont it really doesnt matter. whats done is done! lol....

i know my buddy's gf had the city of oneonta replace a rim and tire recently...hit this crater on the arterial between the shopping district and main street. she had to be persistant, and luckly it poped the tire immed. she was stuck blocking traffic at the stoplight,so she had to be towed and all. which is good b/c she had proof of were it happened and what happened:nonono:

Since your on rants, my cougar needs driven  .
Someone dropped by today who just got a cougar and loves it and it reminded me of a time 2 years ago when I would rather drive my cougar.

But on a good note I also am looking for a house... uh I thinkg... but i'm looking here in PA

PA roads completely suck. :nonono:

I don't know how Checker'd gets his SVT around with how low it is. I can catch the Mercur Lip on the Konis. The svt bumper is placed outfront of the SE bumper. Just don't know how you guys can do it!

Sometimes it's not very easy. :(

blah, blah, blah... that's what I hear from you Glenn. ;)
Yep, we know you have no issues with the roads.

Any word on the town/city making things right for you redlitesvt?

still waiting on an answer from them but I really dont care anymore the rim wasnt that bad it was just the weight mount lip, so I fixed it with a rubber mallet. how since we are on the topic of how bad the roads are how bad are they around pocono raceway area since I'll be there on june 8th?

They aren't that bad. There is one spot on the access road, it's a nice size dip and I thought I trashed the splitter. It's kind of hidden until you are almost on top of it. IIRC, it's worse leaving the place. Maybe they fixed it, one can hope.

Otherwise, we made it in unscathed.

Nothing wrong with a T-red, nothing at all. :)
It's a very nice color.

i popped a blizzak on a pot hole after the last bad snow storm here.

i've also gotta get someone to ride around in the back seat of the volvo for some rattle control...something's been worked loose and it's making a racket!

speaking of t-reds....i always wanted that color, and i'm starting to feel like you only live once ;)
