Can a passenger seat bottom be used on the driver's seat?

Hi everyone, I have a '98 CSVT with over 170k miles, and the cushion for the driver's seat bottom is a bit worn. The passenger's side seat feels amazing with it's minimal wear, so since I'm sure most passenger seat bottoms are in better shape than the driver's seat I was wondering if I could swap a passenger's seat bottom into a driver's seat without any major modification. Or maybe at least just the cushion itself. What about the seam backs? Would that be a direct swap by any chance?? Thanks!

Bottom and back pads, and leather coverings can be swapped to either seat frame.
