Oh geez . I shouldn't be telling you how to do this really....... I don't have you on my list for powder coating

.
Front Calipers:
-blow pistons out
-carefully remove dust boot
-remove o-ring inside caliper
-remove both rubber glide pin sleeves
-unbolt glide pins from bracket(torx bit)
-remove bleeder
-remove caliper spring
Rear Calipers
-remove metal pin with cotter
-remove glide pin (torx bit)
-remove plastic dust cap from torx screw
-remove plastic shield from grease boot
-remove bleeder
-remove P-brake return spring
-cut and remove zip tie
-remove rubber grease boot(back of caliper)
-remove pad spring
-twist out piston counter clockwise
-press/pry out rubber bushing with metal rings off both ends of the caliper body glide pin tunnel
-press/pry out rubber dust boot with metal ring (you can not get replacement parts for these, so don't damage them)
-remove o-ring inside caliper
I SUGGEST LEAVING THE NEXT STEPS ALONE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER!
-pull C clip from non-hooked end of ebrake lever
-put rag over caliper and pull ebrake lever out
-pull ebrake/piston shaft out of caliper body
-look for ebrake lever wedge and spring and keep them (the towel will catch the spring and wedge)
They can coat the rear caliper body with the ebrake lever still attached just have them mask off the lever and everything the rubber grease boot covered. It is not good for the o-ring on the ebrake/piston shaft if you do leave the lever assembled. You will have a hell of a time putting it back together without damaging the powder coat if you take the lever out. Good luck - Don't ask me how to put them back together either. This is all I can/will help you with. It becomes a liability if I go any further.
