buying PC, need recommendations

Getting the jonesin' to get the Contour out and polish it (I can finally see grass under that snow!). I've been doing some searching for something a little cheaper, but it looks like the cheaper versions of the Porter Cable 7424 are not dual action. Is that correct?
I'm just thinking for a guy who will polish his car (non DD) once or twice a year (and maybe a few others) it seem ridiculous to buy a $200 tool when there are $40-$60 tools out there.
Can anyone give me "real life" results/differences between a PC and a Harbor Freight or Northern Tool polisher?
Are there other (maybe cheaper) options for a dual action PC out there?

Cool. Thanks Brapple... $109 is much better. Still need accessories, but that's getting closer to my ball park for a polisher.
