Well, my wife and I finally bought our first house. It's a crazy feeling. Never, did i think by the time i was 23, that I'd be a married homeowner. I dont have any pics of the outside yet, but I have a few inside pics. Some info on the house: 1373 sq./ft, .3 acre, off street parking (driveway, no garage/carport), shed, green house, central air, gas radiant heat, newer carpet thoughout, 220 amp service, 2 bathrooms, one bathroom stall in the basement (making it 2.5 bath) 3 bed room, 1 den (could be used as 4th bedroom), newer furnice, new water heater, came with ALL appliances. Enough talking, here are the pics.

Well, i guess i'll start upstairs, and work my way down.

Love it ...Love it...Love it. I'm crazy about older homes with built-ins, beautiful woodwork etc. :) :) :) :) :)

Congrats! When I was looking for my house it HAD to have a 2 car garage or I wouldn't even look at it. I could not imagine not having a garage. Those hardwood floors look amazing. I love that about my house too. Wish I could have found a house with some built-in's also. That's awesome that appliances were included too. Nice work!

Very cool to be able to get your own place. Enjoy it! Try not to get over you head in renovations too .

Looks very nice! Love the woodwork. Congratulations!

Thanks! i love the woodwork too

looks a little dated but very well cared for, congrats

the only rooms that are really dated are the kitchen, bathrooms and, well maybe the upstairs. We like the way the upstairs is though, it fits into the period in which the house was built.

Nice buy. Looks like your set...wife, house, CSVT...what more could you want? lol

What more could i want.... LSD, turbo, springs, exhaust, headers, kids... need i go on

a better color scheme in the house....lol. hint hint

We like the green. The kithen and bathrooms need help though

Previous owners, we're working on it.

I would have LOVED a garage, but to get a house with a garage with the price range we were looking at, we'd have a total piece of crap. Garage can always be built later on in the back yard too.

Thanks :D

Its hard. My brother and i are working on changing out outlets, fixing the downstairs toilet, the upstairs shower, and some paint. The sooner we can get this stuff done, the sooner i can start working on the landscape.

Here are some outside pics...
over grown bushes need to come out.

Nice place! Is that an electrical outlet in the kitchen soffit? Both my grandparents' houses (built in the 50s) had an electric clock over the sink like that.

Overgrown bushes? Those look like cedar. Just chop the tops off and keep them pruned up...unless you really don't like them that much. Also that is a decent looking spruce in the yard...just need to get some clippers and trim up the bottom.

it looked nice from the outside yesterday

Thanks, i'll give ya the inside tour once we get it a little more organized/settled

I HATE the soffit above the cabnets. Such a waste of space. I want to do something like this with the cabnets when we redo the kitchen

The bushes are just way too big, all of them. As for the tree, it blocks our front window. We'd like to get rid of it and put a dwarf dogwood there, or something like that. We also want to plant fruit trees along the rear fence, just to its a little harder to see the cemetary.
