I have a problem with the mounting points of the gas struts on my sedan. One of them broke off (the one in the back! the one that is behind the suspension tower).. dont know how but i alrady purchased it like that. Sooo, my boot is opening only on one strut and its simply not enough, i changed it for new one like a month ago and it is aleady almost not strong enough to hold it. Is there some other way, how to mount the struts? There is no way i can fix the pivot point bcs of 0 workspace in there.
Its not a big deal, i use long wooden stick to hold the boot if i need to but if i can fix it somehow or if someone dealt with same problem, it would be nice to sort it out.
