Has anyone else attempted to buy a body kit for their tour? Second week of August, i ordered a c-27 kit from andy's auto sport and was told it should be there in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, its back ordered and should be there in 4 weeks. I called again, might be ready late October. no thanks.
I swapped it for an Extreme Dimensions Survivor kit, my second choice. =/ Andy's says it should ship in 2 days. 2 days later i call and am told ED has everything but the rear bumper, which is due Oct. 24. Same story from ED.
So basically i ride around with a wonderfully cracked front bumper which i thought would be fixed by early September and a tremendous charge on my parents credit card that is accumulating interest.
Ridiculous? I'd say so. It isn't like I'm driving some rare beast like a Bugatti.
