While the car was in the garage (I had to put a transmission in it) I took the headlights out with the intention of blacking the chrome frame. When we got the car I had to drive home with the brights on because I couldn't see. The lenses were very badly hazed. Even with the brights on, it was hard to see the road. So, I wet sanded the lenes and polished it with Mequiars PlastX. I masked off the reflective surfaces for the bulbs, sanded the chrome off, and painted it semi-gloss black. I also couldn't find any factory foglights at the pull-a-part so I just found some Pilot lights that fit the holes and plastic welded the lights to the bumper. I used a factory relay and harness to power them. I powered the relay from the ignition wire so they are on when the car is on. Daytime runnings lights get a insurance discount!

Anyway, on to the pics:

When I put the Mystique cluster in, I took it apart to put the current milage odometer wheel in. I used a Sharpie to color the needles red.

While I was waiting for the pictures to upload I read some of the threads in this section. I guess you guys' call it the 'hightower' mod?

Thanks. I was wondering, why is it called the 'hightower' mod? Did a member called hightower do it first?
