black roof

anyone here ever have their roof painted black, not on a black car though. lol
i have a date with the body shop on monday, he was going to repaint my roof, front bumper and mirror covers. i'm thinking of having him do a gloss black roof, kinda like a lot of the newer cars.
thoughts?

I made them myself. I bought universal led trailer lights, popped the lens, cut the housing, mounted lights and installed. Super bright too. I dont think I am finished with them either. Probably gonna paint them black to even it out with the reflector. And I have an extra set that I have mocked up for a 3D look. Taking pics along the way. Ill post a full rear pic in the AM.
