Baer brake issue

I'm having a small issue with the Baer brakes on my car. I know when installing the brakes you lose ABS which is fine cause the brakes are amazing anyway. Also the car came with the brakes when I purchased it. Ok so the problem is when the ABS light is lit up on my dash the brakes work fine. When I start the car and drive off in 1st the light will go off sometimes leading to my problem. When I go to stop to a complete stop the brakes grind and my brake pedal will go super hard and then to floor. Now I have dealt with this for 2 years so I have learned how to avoid all that. But after a couple stop and go's in 1st the ABS light comes on and is impossible to turn off unless the car is shut right off and turned back on again. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem or knows anyway to keep my ABS light on permanent. Any feedback is appreciated.

I don't ever recall hearing that using Baer brakes means that the ABS is disabled. This just doesn't sound correct to me since the abs sensor reads the axle, which doesn't change.

Sounds like an issue with the ABS unit itself to me. With the light on the ABS is disabled and the brakes should work like normal, to my understanding.

When i bought the car off the previous owner he told me ABS was disabled due to the baer brakes. Thus why I assumed it was disabled.

Youre right. Just scanned the car to see if any codes were showing up got left front speed sensor. That could possibly be my issue right there.

I installed my baer kit and my abs light went on. its always on but my code says that the abs unit is bad. So im installing TCS..
