Autopia fog lights - anyone try them?

Anyone tried these? In the item description it says LED but later it says H3, so they're not LEDs. They do include halos if you want them, that can switch to 7 different colors. The white halo effect looks reasonably nice.

I am concerned that they're glass - other CEGers have busted glass fog lights left and right. Though they claim theres are thick at 1mm (doesn't sound thick to me).

Thoughts?

While I do like that they include heavy duty wiring with the lights I really doubt they're much different than the generic lights you can buy at walmart for less.
