Assistance needed with reinstalling head

Anyone around Des Moines familiar with removing and reinstalling the head on a Zetec? I will need help in the near future.

It sucks ass. If you can find a good 2.0 for under $300, do it.
The heat kit alone for a 2.0 is over $200 + misc other stuff you should do, if you pull it apart.
