Air Bag light ON

so a few days ago my air bag light came on. it flashes a sequence of 32. what does it mean? i searched around but didn't find this specific code. it doesn't come on all the time. sometimes when car is parked or stopped and i turn the steering wheel, the light will come on, and when i start driving, it will go away. any ideas?

Clockspring aka airbag sliding contact. Your horn and cruise control is probably out too.

when the light is flashing the horn doesn't work. the cruise control i can't really test, since the light is only falshing when i turn the steering wheel. so does that mean i have to replace the clockspring? is that something i can get from autozone or advanceautoparts...a junkyear? is the spring fixable or do i have to get a new one?
