95 contour syncros

okay Since i posted this in the wrong section the first time im reposting. I changed my clutch a few months ago and now i have a grind going into 3rd gear and when down shifting, but the kicker is it only does it once the tranny and car has warmed up. so could it be the syncros or could it be something else.

has it ever popped out of third before when you get on it real hard?

No its never popped out of gear. Its only first and third. it grinds going into third and going into first when not at a complete stop
