I used to have a lot of anxieties that would keep me up at night (before they fixed my thyroid issues). I had to teach myself a lot of thought control to allow me to get some sleep.

breathing techniques help, too and can assist in sending physiological messages to your body to relax...also, someone once told that there is a pressure point on the roof of your mouth, if you hold your tongue there, it helps to relax as well...

i was just up that late waiting to take a shower because after my workout, i turned on my water in the shower and it looked like i was on the receiving end of an upper-decker!
called 311...turns out they had to divert some water from the croton water line or something and it kicked up massive amounts of sediment or something.
they told me the water was safe to drink. sure it is....

when someone takes a dumpin the tank of your toilet, so when you flush the toilet fills up with poo water instead of clean.

:help: I don't think I could deal with that. luckly the few times the water was turned off here at my apartment it didn't take long to clear ...
and the last time I was up at 3:30 am was during anight of drinking at school ....

ugh...i was at a clients recently showing them how to use gotomypc.com, so i tell the lady to go to gotomypc.com and login, and she fires up internet explorer, goes to google, googles gotomypc, then browses to the website!!! i wanted to judo chop her!
we had a guy doing some odds and ends for us at work once, he did the same stuff. i was like, are you aware that just typing the address into the address bar will take you where you want to go? he asked me what i meant! needless to say he didn't last long!
