So as some of you may know from facebook, i have been hard at work reproducing the hard to find parts for the Vortech v9 kit.

Well after alot of time in CAD/Fusion 360 i've got parts designed and sent off for mail order machine shop.

Since i acquired my v9 from a local source and not from a contour/cougar kit things where alittle different for me. My V9 had a pin drive on it that was a bit different from others. That being said my jackshaft is 100% custom. SS main shaft, and another bearing added S/C side for alittle more support. Hopfully i wont have the same issues as member of the past and have to go back to the drawing board.

So heres a quick kit break down
V9 G-Trim
G303 47lb injectors
Custom Jackshaft
Resirc Valve From a V9 kit for a MK1 Focus
Lighting MAF (Might make a custom housing from PA-CF20 for a ST/RS MAF)
MSDS Headers Vortech Spec & Y pipe
Water/Air I/C from the Focus Kit
Evil Energy 340lph fuel pump

Goals are 8-10PSI and around 300whp

At the same time the car will be getting a Quaife LSD Transmission, already have a "stage1+" clutch and fidenza flywheel, as well as SHO Shop BIG Bore Lower Intake Manifold installed on the car.

As of right now tuning will be done by either myself(quater hourse) or Tuning by James LLC(SCT)
