Due to lack of time and interest to finish this I've decided to list it for sale.
The car is an original Roush, though the Roush door jamb sticker is missing (you can see where it was).
Proof from Roush's website:

I bought the car with a blown engine and in need of lots of work a few years ago. The car itself shows around 120k miles, and I installed a stock 2.5 with 76k miles on it. It sounds and run fantastic. The trans and clutch were replaced right before I bought the car.
All of the Roush parts are intact - rear sway bar, springs, wheels, exhaust tip, spoiler, and complete lip kit (front pieces and fog light covers are painted but not yet installed), and I have a set of brand new Roush floormats for it.
I "restored" the car to be factory stock since it's so rare. Most of the interior was in poor shape, so almost everything was replaced and cleaned. Things that were modified were turned back to stock, and anyone would have a very hard time knowing the engine was ever replaced.
The car isn't inspected yet, and still needs a little work to be perfect:
Two tires
Front control arms
Roush window decals (hard to find)
Airbag light is on (current seats don't have side-impact airbags)
Headlights need polished
Cosmetically, there is a small rust spot on the hatch near the spoiler, the hood could use paint due to stone chips, the Roush front valances and fog light covers need reattached, and the driver's sideskirt has pulled away from the fender (the fender was tweaked a little, probably by a jack).
The car is in storage currently, so I'll get more photographs of it the first chance I get. Once I decide to get rid of something, I want to move it quickly before I change my mind.
I'm asking $4,000.00 or best offer. The car is located in north-central Pennsylvania, but delivery could be negotiated.
Edit: The car is in storage at a property my parents own, so it's not easy for me to get to. I was able to get photos of it today:

Here you can see the rust spot under the spoiler:
