Im confused as well..Try and reword your problem to better help the us the readers understand your problem and help you..But sounds like it could be your Syncros...Umm also check connection cables to shift tower and cables to the actual shifter my buddy had some change down in near his cables by his shifter and made his night living hell

ok lemme try to make it clear for you guys and thaanks for tryin to help ..ok well when im driving and im in 2nd gear i go to shift into 3rd gear so i put the shifter into 3rd gear and once i let go of the clutch it grinds and the shifter pops out of 3rd gear but this onli happens sometimes .. hows that??better

Sounds weird im not much help but just look over everything and go from there cable ends etc..Do you have any play in your shifter.

Check out the shift cable ends. If there is slop in them, replace them. If not, you probably need to adjust the cables. The cable that throws to the gears (not the neutral gate) is too shallow for 1 and 3, and too deep for 3 and 4.

yes when its in 3rd its got alot of play feels like it can get out of 3rd gear without using the clutch and its the only gear that does that

Check your cables i'll put money on it that your missing the pin that holds the cable on and/or bushing is gone..Check them out ASAP..I had the same problem..Bushing were gone just got somthing from the local parts store to put in there and new washer and pin.

i checked but i dont see anything missing and its still doing the grinding noise well im driving . i took it to mister transmission and they said theres nothin wrong with the transmissin?

Lets all sing the "new transmission" song! Sounds like your in for some repair work. Try shifting when the gears would line up (as in... When you push in the clutch at 3,000 rpm out of first gear and go for second, wait till your RPM falls to what it would be in second at that speed), like 2100rpm and attempt to put it in gear and release the clutch. If it works and is a lot easier, then it's probably the syncros. The syncros do what I described above but they do it for you (line up the speed of both shafts to mesh the gears properly).... well, sorta, it's more complicated than that.
