Selling my SVT contour that ive owned for the past 7 years and 15,000 miles. Mostly just my weekend/backup car, used as DD here any there. Its been a very reliable car but im looking to buy a house and some of my 5 vehicles need to go haha.
The good: Fairly low miles @117,xxx. Inspected til december, should easily pass in december as well. Many new parts at 115,000 miles including fuel pump, fuel filter, fresh mobil1 oil change with mobil1 filter, all 4 brake pads, all 4 rotors, 4 brand new Hankook high performance z-rated tires, etc. with receipt of the work done. brand new front calipers just done mid july. Stock engine, only "performance" mod is a magnaflow resonator that gives it a nice, slightly louder-than-stock exhaust note. a few little aesthetic mods like painted calipers, tint, yellow fog lights, 6000k HIDs, etc. Interior is in great shape, also have a short ram intake that i will include, never installed. exterior is okay, alot of little scuffs/scratches, looks great from a few feet away, but there are alot of little imperfections if you are looking for them.
The bad:
-Intake leak throwing "system too lean" CEL code. Easy fix, I just never bothered because I dont drive it enough to need emissions testing. (You can put another 3000 miles on it before inspection and still be emission exempt) The short ram intake included may even fix it.
-R-title - not really that big of a deal, but the previous owner bought it from an auction with damage to the trunk lid and they gave it an r-title. That was the only damage, he just replaced the trunk lid.
-Sunroof gear is stripped, I have one brand new upgraded gear and another stock gear that i just never put in.
$2300 obo, Car is located in Lancaster, PA.
