1998 2.5L EGR disintegrated plastic line, where does it run to from EGR valve?

The old plastic tiny tube disintegrated, and it is wrapped into the wire harness. From the EGR valve on intake, where is the other end?
I could run a standard rubber vacuum hose if I knew what to connect it.
The EGR valve has no vacuum connection anymore.
I get one engine code EGR insufficient flow.

OK, found out it is on the back of manifold.
Called EVR
Found a video, my issue is the green tube from EVR to EGR is disintegrated, who knows maybe so are the other plastic vacuum hoses, the ones that supply vacuum to the EVR

I have EGR insufficient code, I figured because the vacuum line is not there.
Engine runs good.
