I would say thats price is good to average for what people get them for. You say a 3.0 swap, is it already prepped for going in a contour or do you mean a 3.0 to swap? If its already prepped the price is great.

He's probably selling you a 3L motor. You need to prep and install it on your own. If it is just a motor than the price is ok. I perfer 04-05 3L motors.

could I use the 2.5 computer and have it reflashed or do I need 3L comp and have it programed for my key

It will run with the 3.0 as is, a tune will help but it will run ( that is when it is prepped properly )

I highly recommend that you start doing some research and reading about swapping a 3L ... :nonono:

Not sure I am going to do it yet, may buy the motor and wait till something happens to the 2.5
