TPS help (install)

I need to know the right way to install a svt TPS on my csvt.. i found the how-to but im still confussed.

correct me if im wrong. 11 o'clock on the TB then turn clockwise to line up the holes.
On the how to for an SE TB it says 5 o 'clock and then turn counter clockwire to like up the holes. i already broke on TPS being stupid. its just a little confusing.

Just open the trottle 10 to 20 degrees align the slot in the TPS to the angle the throttle is now put the screws in and tighten.

Please note that the throttles for the SVT and SE turn in opposite directions - hence the difference in the instructions.

Because of this fact, the TPS for the SVT and SE are not interchangable.
