I kind of wish I could sell the Kittah, but I cant bring myself to do it. Everyone loves the color, its a blast to drive, the Duratec sings a song that the Zetec never could, it has quite a bit more power and it reminds me of a certain long lost friend (the Contour) it just handles better then the Contour ever did.

So its sporting the Contour's old anthracite E0s, now I just need to put its tubular toe arms, Aussie bar, etc onto it. Ill probably opt for some softer springs for the GCs in the spring when it gets its Konis.

Meh, how did I know this was going to happen. :)
 
Hey . . . at least its a car payment free car. I am liking that idea more and more. I miss my SVT but it lets me have some new to me cars. With all the work you have done to it, Congrads on keeping it, and post pics of the mods. -B.
 
Ya...I kinda of am in the same boat...I was looking at other cars and was going to just sell off the SVT, but I worked on it last weekend and I enjoyed it.

In fact sometimes I wish I bought another SVT instead of the Maxima, but I guess my Maxima will spank a stock SVT.
 
So its officially staying in the stable for a little while longer. Replaced the POs hackjob exhaust today (Magnaflow, :drool:), took the loan on it and ordered the custom plates.
 
I've been missing my CSVT. You should get some decent usage out of your Coug WITH all the goodies installed..... then decide.

I've been keeping an eye open for a Coug/CSVT, but with a blown engine. A local T-Red E1 with a turd 2.5 and a likely beaten trans is going for $900 :ponder:

I am thinking of just buying an el cheapo blown to crap SVT. Reman trans w/ LSD and a sweet NA 3L w/ bolt-ons, and I'm getting a sweet power to MPG ratio.

I have to drive to BYU every day from SLC, so it has me thinking about a cheap DD. :shrug: Might as well be a slick CSVT....

If karma is finding a wrecked supercharged SVT to donate parts to my Cougar and possibly a 3L to go into it I can handle that karma. As long as my karma doesnt do what yours was with Swazo. :noes:

Maybe the karma you had was actually Swazo's instead. You spend years, time and a ****load of money to make it badass. It then blows up so you show it by raping it of its parts and having it crushed.
