RC Drifting

RC racing is tons of fun, I'm not sure if those were nitro cars or electric but some of the nitro's really get moving - 60mph+ .. I remember seeing a video somewhere on the net of an RC car clocked at 110 - 120mph range. Definitely a sweet hobby.

those were all electric, No exhaust smoke and no holes cut in the windows for airflow.

I've been trying to drift my nitro RS4 for a while, its not as easy as it looks!

You use PVC for the tires or something.. i can't remember how they did it.

My Nitro Stadium Truck was fun but was a huge money pit when things started to break. It's collecting dust as we speak

The first vid with the song "Letters to You" has been around a while.. still my fav ;)

The Rustler was the one I wanted but I cheaped out and got a Duratrax Evader. It was really fast and a great bargain.. but I broke so many suspension parts :nonono:. Could've upgraded to aluminum but eh :p

LOL i was 100% postive you were gonna say Duratrash evader, duratrax makes such crappy vechicles.

i was very into rc before i could drive. i had over 3 grand in stuff. i kinda miss it. i raced at local tracks. i had a factory team TC3, Xray M18, TL01 (spec class), HPI rush (crap), B3, Street spec (oval spec class). fun times and i miss it. i had nothing else to spend my money on. my charger alone was $400. kinda nuts now that i think of it.

PVC is the way to go for 1/10th scale drifting. A guy in our race club made up a bunch of rings that we all put on spare wheels and we had a drift race around our track. It's a good way to scuff up a new body. :D :D
