Ok as you guys know im from England and we have the IMO better looking Mondeo - Mk2 for me but some like the Mk1 -

I know of a guy who sourced a Contour cup holder from the states for his Mk1 2.0 Supercharged beast.

I was hoping you guys could post up pics of the special things that comfort wise seperates our two cars apart. I.e the cup holder by the handbrake/parking brake.

TIA

Whats the stock?? Do you mean a blanking plate which fills the empty hole after an aftermarket stereo is fitted?

Also what does the SVT plate signify?

Each SVT plate has a build date and which build number your SVT is out of how many were made for that year. Adds to the exclusivity of the car.

Although I happen to know for a fact that the new mondeo ST220 was more exclusive then the new DB9, as more DB9's were sold then ST220's.

The radio is single DIN slot, no blanking plate is necessary for an aftermarket head unit.

He means "the stock shifter" (i.e. the one that originally came with the car). It's pretty tall, goes higher than the radio.

argh right cool. So your center consoles are slightly different to ours then.

With regards to the St220 it was only out sold by the DB9 for one year....So technically more exclusive and technically not. 3 series beems seem to sell better than mondeos at the moment - or what i heard on the radio about a year ago -
