contour in Pimp my Ride?

I normally do not watch that show, but when it came on after Bull Run one night with the Contour, I just had to watch it... Really though, TV screens in your headlights? I would have ripped them right out if that was my car, but I would never let Xibit, or whatever his name is, even touch my car ;)

lol i just saw on imbd that the contour was on an episode. i didnt see the episode, but now im curious about the outcome. lol tv's in the headlights!

"Now that Ellen's car has been both pimped and made safe from angry bears, she should have no problem the next time she goes camping."

That should finish "Until she hits a bump and tears her front bumper off"

Very few cars on pimp my ride do they restore "tastefully". Nearly all of them are remade "ghetto fabulous" or riced out to an extreme.

I would really like to see a "Where Are They Now?" follow-up to many of their cars. Then I'd get to see how many of them have been trashed by the owners, or stolen and stripped because of the ridiculous crap in them.

In defense of the body kit they used...well...I'm sure they ran into the same issue that many of us do in that there really are no (tasteful) kits available for our cars, with the exception of the stock SVT kit and about 3/4 of the AAS kit. Too bad they picked the crappy kit instead of one of those.

Same here! I would also like to see a Where Are They Now Trick My Truck edition.

The where are they now episodes are pretty funny. All that money put into the cars and they give it to someone who didnt really care about the car in the first place is not going to end well. None of them were in the same condition they were in after the show.....I think one guy even crashed his (toyota corolla iirc) the next day. One girl wouldnt park her car in the driveway unless she took her rims off because she lived in a crappy neighborhood too.

If i was one of the people that were selected to have my car "pimped", the first thing i would do after the show is put the car on ebay hahaha.

If you want pictures, go here and keep clicking next... It makes me want to cry

After looking at those photos, I want to gouge out my eyes with a pickle fork.

Hideous....

Here's another one where these clowns ass-raped a perfectly nice '06 Mustang.

I would let them mess with mine...then sell all that shiz individually, buy a nice car and pocket the rest. However, I'm sure MTV makes the owner sign a contract protecting them from doing this. Come to think about it, there was a guy on the 240sx forums that got on the show and posted about it.

Pretty friggin' hideous cars they pump out, but an ishload of $$$ put into them w/the gizmos and all.
