SE side skirts! Been wanting a pair ever since I bought the car. Only took 7 years to get some :) Thanks a bunch hotdimmes!

This was also my first time using the HVLP paint gun i bought awhile back. Far easier to use than I though it would be. I was able to get a finish and gloss that matched the cars original finish almost exactly. Not only that, but the paint I bought matches the 8 year old color on the rest of the car like it was all painted at the same time. Guess all that waxing and cleaning paid off.

I like.
They "finish" off the car, IMO. Nice work!

Like it:cool: .....PAINT YOUR CALIPERS!!!!:help:

LOL! I didnt notice how bad they looked until you mentioned it. Looks like they might get painted black next weekend. They were red a few years ago but it stuck out too much.

Thanks for the compliments people. I would have taken some time getting better pics, but the car hasnt been washed in a month so it looks pretty bad up close.

Hightower headlights and a painted grille are gonna be done as soon as it gets warm, since I still have a lot of paint left.

you will find with SE skirts your best camera angle is Driver side front about standing height. I love the way tour's look with the SE appearance package, some nice 17's and a modest drop nice... niceeeeeeeeeeeee NICEEEE!

Looks great. When I bought my tour I was going to get that color but I paid an extra $500 to get my red wine color. You car looks really good!

 Looks great! Makes me jealous.

I've been wanting SE side skirts for i think 5 years now.:troutslap: One of these days I'll do it...

Jeez man, get around to it.

When I found mine I ended up paying $70 shipped, and its not like they are hard to mount/paint.

I appreciate all the comments :)

My boss commented the other day that he thought my car was bone stock. After I listed all the parts I have painted, modified, or added he was speechless.

That subtle look is exactly what I am after. Only noticable to those who "know".

Totaly know what you mean. When I first got my contour it looked like your average car on the road. After I did all of my asthetic mods my friends started noticing the car. "Is that the same car you had before? It looks the same, but... better"

Its amazing what a custom grille, Post97 sails, SE skirts, rims, and a good wax job can do for the contour.

My friend had a Vert mustang and he said to me "I used to hate the look of contours, but after you took that grandma car and made it cool as hell"

I love surprising people like that.
